Vidal Blanc is a French-American hybrid developed by J. L. Vidal in Bordeaux. It is one of the finest white hybrid grapes. The grapes were picked at optimum ripeness and iced; then pressed while still frozen.
The wine bottle features a silhouette of the prehistoric “Mastadon” from the Pleistocene era, continuing our theme celebrating animals of the Prehistoric period. The Fulkerson Cabernet Franc Ice Wine has a Stag Moose and the Riesling Ice Wine has a Saber-Tooth Tiger on the label.
