Traminette is a white grape hybrid with pronounced varietal character likened to one of its parents, Gewurztraminer. Superior wine quality, cold hardy and extremely disease resistant. First released as a wine in 1996. Fulkerson has been growing this grape since 1981. Only seven other wineries are producing Traminette as a varietal in the Finger Lakes.
