Clarifying agent for fining wine.

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For every 5-6 gallons of wine, thouroughly mix 1 Tablespoon of Bentonite into one cup of hot water. Stir to make a uniform, creamy slurry and let stand overnight. To use, add small amounts of wine to the slurry while mixing well until the slurry thins to watery consistency. Then add this mixture to the rest of your wine, mix well. Let stand one week. Rack.

For less than 5 gallons of wine: Add only 2.5Tbs of slurry to each gallons of wine. Make slurry to above specificaions.
