Bacchus Malolactic Bacteria


A natural Malolactic Bacteria strain packaged specifically for the home winemaker. Rack wine immediately after primary fermentation and add Bacchus directly from package. For Red and White Wines.

Recommended Dosing : 1 to 6 gallons
Total SO2 should be less than 20 ppm
Temperature of Fermentation : 64 - 75F

Unlike yeast, which ferment sugars into alcohol, ML Bacteria ferment Malic Acid to produce Lactic Acid.
