Fulkerson Winery's Privacy Policies
Fulkerson Winery strives to provide quality goods along with excellent customer service. Part of achieving this goal involves working with information that helps us understand what customers are looking for when they visit our site.
Shipping; Taxes. All packages containing alcohol are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (the "Shipper" or "Shippers" where context requires) with Adult Signature Required. An adult over 21 years of age must be present to sign for the package – they CANNOT be left in a specified location without signature persuant to shipper policies and/or State and Federal Laws. Please keep this in mind when entering delivery address information. Shipping costs may vary by state and location and the amount charged by Fulkerson Winery may change from time to time. In addition, we may, from time to time, determine that we are not able to complete delivery or ship wine to you. If we are unable to ship your wine to you, we will offer you the option to change to an in-store, or will-call pick up and you can pick up your wines at our Winery location. All orders are processed within 24 hours from the time you place the shipping order. Wine shipments are only shipped on Thursdays. Occasionally, orders may be held due to extreme weather conditions, in order to help ensure the quality of the delivered product. If you wish to cancel an order after placement, please E-mail or phone 607-243-7883 as soon as possible after placing your order. Delivery times vary based on location; please allow for 5-10 business days between order and delivery. See zone map below for approximate delivery time to your area once your order has been processed & shipped. Taxes and other related charges may change or may vary between states and locations. Sales tax may vary by location. Fulkerson Winery, in its sole and absolute discretion, shall collect sales tax to the extent it determines doing so is required by any applicable local, state or federal taxing authorities.
Damage or Delay. If your wine is being shipped, conditions outside of the control of Fulkerson Winery may adversely affect the wine during shipment. If your wine, at the time of delivery, is received damaged, spoiled or in an otherwise defective state, you may contact us and Fulkerson Winery may, at its sole and absolute discretion, send a replacement or exchange. This is your only and exclusive remedy for damaged or defective product. Fulkerson Winery will not refund any shipping charges, and additional shipping and other charges will apply to deliveries to you that are returned as undeliverable or refused. In the event of circumstances outside the control of Fulkerson Winery which prevent, hinder or delay Fulkerson Winery from performing its obligations, including, but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, acts of terror, fire, destruction of facilities, accidents, war (whether declared or undeclared), riot, governmental action or inaction, including delays or failure to issue permits and/or any authorizations or an inability to obtain supply and materials or means of shipping, Fulkerson Winery’s obligations to customers will be suspended for the duration of such event.
Returns: Under New York state law, alcoholic beverages may not be returned once sold, except in the case of defective bottles. Undeliverable shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information being provided will either be reshipped at the expense of the customer or refunded, minus applicable shipping & return fees as described above.

We ask for credit card information so we can fulfill your order, this information is sent directly to our payment gateway. When you make a purchase your credit card will be processed by Fulkerson Winery. Please check your credit card statement to verify that the charges have been properly processed. We do not share any other information with third parties, except in the case of contact or order information needed to fulfill your order. We do not share, sell or rent email addresses.
My Account - When you create an account, we ask for your name, address, phone number, email address, and a user name and password. We use this information to fulfill your orders and to enable time-saving features like express checkout. We do not share, sell or rent this information.

Rewards Card Program - Current benefits can be found on our LOYALTY page. The Rewards program is not eligible with any other discounts. Accounts with terms, discount/wholesale status, and employees are not eligible for the program.
Newsletter - We ask you to provide a name, email address and profile information. We use this information only to fulfill your request and, in the case of profile information, to help make sure we're sending you the type of email updates you want to receive. We do not share, sell or rent email addresses.
Information We Don't Collect - When you visit and browse our site, we do not collect your name, email address or any other personal information unless you provide it to us.
How We Use Email - After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation and, in most cases, an email with package tracking information once your order has shipped.
We send our Newsletter or email updates on new releases, products and event information to subscribers only. Unsubscribe instructions are included in each edition of the email. We do not sell, share or rent email addresses with other companies. We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our customers, and encourage you to email us with your questions or comments.
