Food Grade Citric Acid. For use in wine and beer making.
Use to fine out astringency from tannins in wine or beer. Use 1/2 teaspoon per 5 gallons for beer, 1 teaspoon per 6 gallons for wine.
A seaweed that is used to reduce the amount of protien haze in a beer - added in the last 15 minutes of the boil. Use 1 teaspoon per 5 gallons.to aid beer clarification.
From Winexpert. Made from fish swim bladders and used to clear white wines. Sufficient for six gallons. Add to wine, thoroughly stir and rack after two weeks. Rack away sediment.
