Acid Blend is a blend of Citric, Malic and Tartaric acids that is used to increase the acidity of low-acid wines and wine musts. Use acid blend to help add balance to your wine.
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) is used as a antioxidant before bottling.
A 30 minute soak in B-Brite removes fermentation residues and organic deposits. Chlorine-Free. A very popular cleanser. B-Brite and so will your equipment. 8 Ounce

Contains papain to prevent chill haze. 1 package sufficient for 5 gallons.
Used to decrease the acidity of juice prior to fermentation. Add .5tsp/gallon for each .1% of acid to be removed.
One Tablet yields approximately 75ppm SO2 per gallon of juice. Crush tablet before adding to wine, Add 1/2 Tablet/gallon at time of racking.
