Acid Blend is a blend of Citric, Malic and Tartaric acids that is used to increase the acidity of low-acid wines and wine musts. Use acid blend to help add balance to your wine.
Used to decrease the acidity of juice prior to fermentation. Add .5tsp/gallon for each .1% of acid to be removed.
Food Grade Citric Acid. For use in wine and beer making.
Food Grade Tartaric Acid for use in raising acidity in prefermentation must and finished wine.
